Granules drying equipment, a new reciprocating fluid bed dryer--EFD30 .
A complete set of fluid bed dryer, including fluid bed main engine, heating/cooling system, temperature/pressure acquisition system, control system and connecting pipeline.
<General Introduction>
(1) The main material of the equipment and sieve plate are both stainless steel 304. Carbon steel exterior, soft connection material using tetrafluoroethylene cloth, glass fiber composite material, good sealing and durability; Flange connection gasket to ensure quality, prevent air or dust spillover.
(2) Corresponding anti-corrosion measures are adopted to ensure the service life of the equipment. The equipment is equipped with hand holes or manholes for material removal and maintenance, so as to facilitate material cleaning in the machine, and the upper and lower beds are equipped with mirrors.
(3) The equipment drives the motor by frequency converter. The air spring is used as shock absorber, which can effectively improve the efficiency of motor utilization and reduce the vibration of the equipment when it works.
<Advantage>
(1) The hot air at the bottom of the fluid bed penetrates the material layer through the orifice plate, so that hot air surrounds each particle to ensure the best gas-solid contact. For heating purposes, this is very important to ensure the best heat transfer and avoid local overheating. In addition, this air buffer can minimize the mechanical degradation of particles in the material layer and reduce the possibility of particle breakage.
(2) Due to the different air distribution technology, the material in the body is in a completely fluidized state, and the hot air is fully combined with the material, which greatly improves the utilization rate of heat energy and reduces the energy consumption.
(3) According to the characteristics of reciprocating motion, the material in the body is evenly distributed, which completely eliminates the drawbacks of the traditional fluid bed such as `dead material', `dead bed', `threading bed', etc.
(4) Advanced design technology ensures the uniformity and stability of product moisture by "first in first out" of materials.
